We've partnered with a boutique delivery team dedicated to handling your parcels with special care, orders are processed by 12 pm. The following day after processing is considered the first working day and delivery will take 3 to 5 business days from the time of your purchase, excluding weekends & PH. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask you to inform us if it's permissible for the driver to leave your parcel at your doorstep. Our drivers follow a strict protocol where they are not allowed to leave parcels unattended without explicit permission from the recipient.

If, however, you do not receive your order within the specified timeframe, or have any special requests and delivery instructions, please feel free to reach out for assistance. You have a couple of options:
